Theoretical basis of the concept of professional psychological health

Abstract

The article is devoted to the theoretical basis of the concept of occupational psychological health.
The author analyzed the works of scientists who explained the concept of occupational psychological health in the psychological aspect of professional activity and work. The article presents definitions of this concept by different authors. The article considers a historical aspect of the concept of occupational psychological health. The article describes the concept of occupational psychological health as a multifaceted, complex phenomenon, based on the fact that it is an indicator of a person’s overall psychological health. According to the author, the concept of occupational psychological health is based on the cognitive, emotional, and personal aspects of professional activity.
