Abstract

The article discusses issues and information about the theoretical foundations of the analysis of the «middle class,» which began to form during the development of the capitalist trend and the formation of the middle class in the stages of development of modern Kazakhstan in the twentieth century. To answer this
research question, a theoretical review of the literature is done and the necessary information is obtained using the «historical assessment» method. In addition, chronological analysis of the literature formulates the factors that determine social changes that affect the formation and development of the middle class in Kazakhstan.
It also analyzes the expert characteristics of sociological research conducted in Kazakhstan over the past two years. It is obvious that such analytical research is rarely conducted in the country in recent years. The main ways of implementing the actions taken by the state to address such issues are also considered.
