Some subjective aspects of the conflict

Abstract

An important direction in the study of conflict, as well as other group phenomena, is an analytical review of research data accumulated abroad and in our country for a certain period of time. The synthesis of conflictological problems with the provisions of psychological and legal science is of particular interest. The fact is that many social conflicts occur in the field of legal relations, are generated by legal situations, and then are resolved by legal means. In this regard, a certain review of scientific publications devoted to the study of conflicts in the field of small groups was made, using the example of analysis of information-analytical, empirical and methodological ones. Hence, an interest arose in the study of the nature of the conflict, its effect on various aspects of the activity of an organization, group and its members, the search for technologies and methods of conflict management in order to minimize its negative consequences or extract useful results from it.
