To prevent injuries, the article recommends using proper technique, starting with manageable
weights, warming up and cooling down, listening to your body, getting enough sleep, and
maintaining a healthy diet. Seeking medical attention and following a treatment plan is
advised for injuries, which may include rest, ice, compression, elevation, physical therapy, or
medications.
The article also offers additional tips such as wearing proper footwear, using appropriate
equipment, lifting in a safe environment, and knowing one’s limits. Overall, it provides
