Scientific and methodological approaches in the study of the problem of leadership

Abstract

The article is written on the basis of formed scientific approaches. The purpose of the article is to identify and show the importance of ideas in studying the problem of leadership and leadership potential. The authors distinguish the types and definitions of such concepts as leader and leadership. The article describes
the stages of research on the problem of leadership. We also analyzed several pedagogical research works aimed at developing leadership, based on the idea that the approach is a comprehensive pedagogical tool that increases the effectiveness of the educational process. Scientific and methodological approaches to the study of the problem of leadership have made it possible to study the functions, styles, and types of personality and leadership potential. In the course of the study, there was revealed the structure by analyzing the considered scientific positions.
