In today’s changing world of globalization the most important genetic core of national identity is national culture, which forms the spiritual community of the people and gives confidence in the future of the nation. National culture is one of the most important objects of national security. In the context of globalization, a universal ethic and global consciousness are being formed, and radical changes in national identity are taking place. Changes occurring in the context of globalization were noted by A. Appadurai, E. Giddens, P. Sztompka, U. Beck and other thinkers-researchers. Uniqueness is the result of a social process that takes place through a dynamic process of identification. My main concern is legally defining a person, since self-identification with this or that culture determines a person’s mentality, his or her life values. The article presents the concepts of language, religion, mentality, history, which are the main pillars of the nation, based on theoretical and foresight research methods.
