A policy of coordination and promotion of cooperation in education between China and Kazakhstan

Abstract

The trends and ideology of education in the modern world are the processes of globalization and the internationalization of higher education. The processes of cooperation between countries in various fields of activity, both in production and economic and socio-ideological, the struggle for «minds» and talents generate
competition in the field of education, stimulating its development and promotion. Kazakhstan and China, being long-term partners, interact on the principle of multilateral cooperation. Kazakhstan, implementing a multivector policy, contributes to the development of positive dynamics of Kazakhstan’s relations with such a leading foreign policy partner as China.
The «One Belt, One Road» initiative in modern world history is an important foreign policy platform with a wide geographical and political coverage. In the political discourse with the PRC on the problems of higher education, Kazakhstan has its own vision of issues that boil down to the policy of coordinating and promoting cooperation in the field of education. Thanks to the «One Belt, One Road» Initiative, Kazakhstan and China are strengthening their cooperation in the field of education, which is manifested in the integration of the cultures
of the two countries, the exchange of equally important philosophical and pragmatic views on the process of education and upbringing of the younger generation. The policy of coordination and promotion of cooperation
confirmed the scale of the «One Belt, One Road» project, its undeniable focus on the interaction of the spheres of life and activity of the two countries, improving the cultural level, and education.
