Abstract

The article developed and experimentally justified the technology of improving the sportsmanship of qualified female athletes considering the development of technical and tactical actions and physical abilities based on the analysis of psychological preparedness of female athletes in boxing. The article has an
interdisciplinary character because it has been written at the junction of psychophysiology and sports psychology.
The relevance of the study is justified by the reform of the system of physical culture and sports, the search for new approaches, and the improvement of methods of professional training of female athletes in boxing. The article describes the creation of diagnostic tools for conducting research activities in 2021 based on the national boxing team of Uzbekistan. The article focuses on the comparative results of diagnostics of female athletes using the technology of improving the effectiveness of technical and tactical actions and the development of the psychological and physical abilities of female athletes. The article analyzes a special complex during training, consisting of 10 exercises. For the first time, there has been proven the effectiveness of this complex using mathematical statistics.
