Abstract

In developing a model for enhancement a corporate research culture of educational psychologists, we relied on the concept of “development of a corporate culture”, which we interpret as the process of creating values by a higher educational institution that determine the life of the institution. It is included in the holistic pedagogical process that stimulates the subjects
of education to active research activities.
Realizing the importance of the development of the corporate research culture of teacherspsychologists for the practice of education, in the model we see a subsystem in the system of training future specialists. The structure of the model involves the inclusion of the following components: the goal, objectives, content of the University, subjects of the educational process.
Structural components of the educational environment: material, organizational, developmental. Technologies: means, methods, activities. Principles: methodological and general theoretical provisions.
We believe that the proposed model has a broad applied, universal character, since the corporate research culture is an internal transformation of the individual. These transformations occur throughout the entire professional activity, so the staged components of the model can find their application in the post-graduate period.
