Principles of education of the legal culture of students in the cultural and educational environment of college

Abstract

The concept of «cultural and educational environment» and the principles of using its pedagogical potential in shaping the legal culture of students are considered in the cultural and educational environment of the college.
These principles: humanistic orientation, culture and nature, the relationship of vocational education and legal education, variability and openness, regionalization, eventfulness determine the methodology, strategy and nature of the interaction of subjects in the environment. These principles determine the methodology, strategy and direction of the cultural and educational environment of the college.
