This article discusses the theory and practice of forming the readiness of future teachers
psychologists to manage innovative activities. The innovative activity is a complex of scientific, technological, organizational, financial, and commercial activities aimed at commercializing the accumulated knowledge, technologies, and equipment. A separate direction of management is devoted to the management of innovative activities-innovation management.
It is proved in the article that the preparation for the management of innovative activities as part of the professional activity of future teachers-psychologists has passed a practical experiment and yielded results.
