The national value is that for centuries every nation has been creating spiritual wealth
together with humanity. In accordance with modern requirements, mentors have pedagogical and psychological in the context of young professionals, and young people in general, it is necessary to show a direct, clear, solid path to culture. Instruction through increasing the attitude of recipients to national values and national self-awareness, the development of qualities of compassion and love for the nation in future young people. The purpose of this research work is to preserve the continuity of the society where should the value of education that serves be transferred, and why on the spot, due to the fact that the transfer will be more useful, an analysis is put into scientific circulation. To this end, in the 2019-2020 academic year in 30 different schools of the Republic of Kazakhstan, «semi-structured interview» and «future specialist» for 257 working teachers, the formation of a personal image on a national basis». Scientific the work uses a phenomenological approach, one of the methods of qualitative research. Scientific the reliability of the study is determined by the formula of Mill and Haberman (reliability = approaches set/set of views + diversity of views). This indicator of the reliability of research work was 0.87. Released results the majority of school teachers (n=166) have a valuable education in the family and the school expressed confidence that more should be given. Also, school teachers are given in the family. Value education should be supported at school and in the social environment. As a result of the recognition of the value, students form patriotism, patriotism, civic realities are improved.
