Abstract

The article describes results of a questionnaire survey of 100 people. The questionnaire survey of 100 people included 53 men and 47 women. There was assessed awareness of the participants of disputes under credit agreements. The author revealed an extremely low level of awareness of bank employees about mediation and its possibilities. It was concluded that the introduction of mediation can contribute to a more effective resolution of disputes under credit agreements
