Abstract

The article discusses that the interaction and alignment between doctor and patient significantly impact the level of patient trust. Direct communication with the doctor directly contributes to strengthening this trust, but it also influences it indirectly through the coordination of actions and understanding between both parties. The relationship between doctor and patient plays a key role in medical practice and is a central element of the healthcare system, affecting social stability, harmony, and public health. These relationships also significantly influence patient adherence to treatment, their participation in shared decision-making, and the overall treatment outcomes.

Effective doctor-patient communication is determined by the doctor's ability to perform medical tasks proficiently, such as taking medical history, explaining diagnoses, providing treatment recommendations, and offering counseling. Good interaction improves doctor-patient relationships, increasing patient satisfaction.

The study of doctor-patient relationships is necessary and relevant, since the quality of medical care depends on it. Effective communication and trust affect patient compliance with recommendations, reduction of medical errors and improvement of overall well-being. In the context of the growth of chronic diseases and active implementation of technologies such as telemedicine, understanding these relationships is becoming key to optimizing treatment, increasing patient satisfaction and the effectiveness of healthcare in general.

The purpose of this scientific article is to study the mechanism of the impact of doctor-patient interaction on the level of patient trust and to assess the influence of demographic factors on doctor-patient communication. Since effective communication between a doctor and a patient helps to increase this trust.
