The article discusses the methods of organizing consultative and rehabilitation work with socio pedagogical and psychological institutions. The changes taking place in the country today affect the social problems of the population, first of all, the most vulnerable categories, including people with disabilities. In this regard, one of the most important tasks at the present stage is to increase the effectiveness of rehabilitation work with children with health disorders. The purpose of the article is to study changes in children with disabilities in the application of innovative teaching methods in the rehabilitation work of a teacher. Currently, Kazakhstan is a state in which the process of socio-political modernization is underway. One of the special tasks of this new direction follows from the potential development and activity of the new generation of Kazakhstanis in the conditions of global dynamic development. The child’s future depends on the knowledge, abilities, and activity he has acquired. That is, it is directly based on the education system. Such an education system acts as a condition, a fundamental means of the development of society. This indicates the need to search for new resources of education and upbringing for active participation in the ongoing changes in society. On this basis, the issue of improving the activities of institutions responsible for the upbringing and education of the younger generation is relevant, i.e. these institutions are of particular importance in the purposeful formation of favorable conditions for the upbringing of a new person.
