Abstract

The relevance of the problem under study is connected with the need for diagnostic monitoring of the professional training of future specialists and the insufficient development of methodological and theoretical, content-technological, and scientific-methodological aspects of professional training in the process of pedagogical activity. A multidimensional model of the formation of professional training of future physical culture specialists is created through a motivational-target component, a substantive-procedural component, analytical-evaluative, and reflexive-correctional components. In the article, this multidimensional model is based on the formation of a personal attitude to mastering the complex of basic professional competencies, awareness by scientific supervisors of the importance of personal qualities that make up the content of the components of the culture of intellectual work in educational anthropology, as professionally significant qualities of a future specialist. The article proves the effectiveness of the organization of the process of organizing the cultural and educational environment in higher educational institutions as a process of purposeful and conscious development by specialists of the scientific orientation of the methodology for the formation of the culture of intellectual labor.
