Preparation for professional activity as an object of interdisciplinary research

Abstract

At the present stage of society’s development, one of the main directions of modernization of the world’s educational systems, the purpose of which is the formation and accumulation of competitive human capital, the creation of appropriate tools for assessing the quality of education, training specialists
for professional activity. National education systems, realizing that any state is an inexhaustible intellectual and spiritual resource, strive to meet international standards, demonstrate readiness to improve the quality of human capital (education, professionalism, human culture, etc.). To do this, it is necessary to improve the process of interdisciplinary succession, focusing on best practices, ensuring the readiness of specialists for professional activity in accordance with the requirements of modern society. At the same time, there is a special
place and role of interdisciplinary research in the preparation of social educators for professional activity at the university, mastering special knowledge, skills, skills that allow performing professional activities in accordance with the requirements for the professional competence of a specialist, in the formation of social consciousness and behavior. The article analyzes the listed problems in detail.
