Formation of future teachers’ readiness to use innovative technologies

Abstract

The modern learning process of the Republic of Kazakhstan is aimed at entering the world education system, which is accompanied by intensive changes in science and practice. The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan «On Education» (2007), as well as the «State Program for the Development of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan for 2020-2025» (2020), provide a task of creating the necessary conditions for the formation of an integral personality in education at the level of universal values and world culture. The idea of the growth direction in the educational reform of the country is to form a new generation, future
qualified specialists as individuals with creative, innovative thinking, mature, developed worldview. In this regard, the methods and forms of educational work are also changing, the content of education. There have been developed the state standard of training, and curricula. There are some parts of the modernization of education such as innovative methods, and non-standard teaching technologies. Therefore, there is a question both for the school system and for society: which approaches, and templates for teaching do exist, for finding a direct way to bring up and educate the younger generation in a difficult economic and social situation? The authors consider that these questions may be answered by innovative pedagogical technologies that have emerged from the many searches for creative teachers, methodologists, educators, and psychologists.
