Тhe skill of the teacher is the main indicator of professional competence

Abstract

The article states the problem of training teachers with high professional intellectual, patriotic, competitive, be able to solve problems independently in a changing world, be loyal to the criticism of globalization. All these are relevant in the higher education system. Teachers’ language accomplishment, purity of their speech and improvements of speaking skills are one of main competences of pedagogical professions. The importance of younger generation education and the necessity of formation the teacher’s speech culture in training highly qualified teaching staff are emphasized in the article. Language culture contributes to the development of pedagogical culture of students, plays an important role in the educational process.
The author reveals the essence of notion “the teacher”, assesses the level of the teacher’s status and personal characteristics. Teaching the competitive teaching staff is widely covered the problem of individual education and lifeskills, which forms a professional  language competence.
