Features of Adult Education

Abstract

This article discusses the importance of the development of adult education in the country and the characteristics of adult education and the basic conditions of the science of androgogy. Also considered are the features of additional adult education and the basic principles of andragogy. Additional adult education indicates that in the country of androgynous education is one of the most important areas of development of our civilization and is not limited to their knowledge in a particular specialty, as well as the effectiveness of their professional activities by continuing their further education and advanced training. The peculiarity of androgynous education shows that it is aimed at obtaining additional knowledge and skills in accordance with social and economic changes in society, as well as at satisfying adult learning needs throughout life.
