Theoretical problems of research of phenomenology of psychological competence

Abstract

The current state of development of society raises the problem of education of an educated person able to effectively plan their actions, to be able to appropriately use the knowledge gained as a result of cognitive activity, to engage in dialogue with representatives of different social strata to achieve the ultimate goals. The key to the future is in the hands of those who have a quality education, high cognition, competent, and able to withstand in a competitive environment. In this regard, in modern psychology, one of the topical issues is the importance of
activity in the formation of personality. Competence is not only about students knowledge, but also in the knowledge and explanation of specific phenomena; in the development of modern technology; practical life; assessing their willingness to obtain professional knowledge in programming required of the labour market; in the definition of their place in life;the need to address the problems associated with living traditions, ways of resolving misunderstandings.
The article defines the concepts of competence, psychological competence. From the scientific point of view, the problems of studying competence as an effective determinant of fruitful activity and professional development of the subject in domestic and foreign psychology are considered in domestic and foreign psychology. Besides the characteristic of definition psychological competence is given, its structural and substantial features of development and the organization of the program of its formation are considered.
