Experience in developing motor skills of children with special educational needs

Abstract

One of the priorities of the country’s policy is to improve education in the direction of accessibility and quality for all categories of people with disabilities. As a result, public demand for inclusive education has increased significantly. Today, joint education for all children, regardless of the limited opportunities for their health, is legally enshrined in various legal documents (Laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan: “On Education”, “On the Rights of the Child in the Republic of Kazakhstan”, “On Social Protection of Disabled Persons in the Republic of Kazakhstan”, “On social and medical-pedagogical correctional support for children with disabilities “). These documents provide for equal access of students to relevant educational programs, correctional-pedagogical and social support, access of children with disabilities to education at all levels. Violations of the musculoskeletal system are quite diverse. With all the variety of congenital and early acquired diseases and injuries of the musculoskeletal system, most of the sick children have similar problems. The causes of these disorders can be genetic disorders and organic brain damage, as well as injuries of the musculoskeletal system. A prerequisite is the observance of an individual orthopedic regime for each child. Thus, the problem of the inclusion of children with movement disorders should be solved individually, based on the possibilities of realizing the special needs of the child in a particular educational organization and its own resources. In accordance with the recommendations of the orthopedic surgeon, the instructor of medical physical culture (LFK), the rules of landing and movement of the child are determined using technical means of rehabilitation, ensuring the most comfortable position of the child in space and the possibility of movement.
