Features of the use of educational platforms in teaching biology in schools

Abstract

The article says that forced online education in connection with the coronavirus pandemic that has developed in the world has posed a different problem for teachers and led to the acquisition of many other knowledge and qualifications. In a short time, it was necessary to master the subtleties of online learning, not
to worsen the quality of the lesson and the interest of students in the subject. Currently, students’ interest in the subject of biology is not sufficiently formed, they are not interested in listening to ordinary classes, it is necessary to include modern computer technologies, as well as to develop intellectual and creative thinking. In addition, educational platforms are a successful source of information for teachers whose task is to select and introduce material into the educational process. The proposed article presents the results of research on the preparation
and testing in practice of methods of using educational platforms in teaching biology in schools.The research uses theoretical methods, empirical methods, mathematical methods.
