Study of sexual differences in mediation at university

Abstract

This article discusses the problems of psychological gender differences and their diagnosis in order to resolve conflicts at the university.
Conflicts can arise within different groups (students, teachers, university administration, etc.) or between groups. The conflict is capable of performing not only destructive but also stimulating functions.
The presence of conflicts in a social group indicates the existing diversity of points of view on issues, which is one of the factors in the development of a social group.The study examined individual characteristics of men and women separated by Freiburg a multi-factor individual questionnaire (FPI). A comparative analysis was carried out using the T-criterion. The results demonstrated that students had statistically significant differences between men and women in terms of neurotic, reactive aggressiveness, shyness, and masculinity.
