Abstract

Preparing youth for a family is one of the main issues of its formation and development. The family is one of the public institutions that performs many functions with the sustainable development of society. The problem of psychological preparation of the youth of Kazakhstan for the creation of a family requires preventive support through improving the psychological literacy and responsibility of young people in this aspect. The concept of «psychological readiness» in the literature is defined as a complex integrated personality trait. The responsibility of youth determines the level of development of psychological readiness for creating a family and its further formation.
