Compliance of independent assessment in the system of professional development of teachers with international standards

Abstract

The article analyzes the features of the assessment system in accordance with international standards in the framework of professional development of teachers of general education schools based on the experience of the autonomous educational organization «Nazarbayev Intellectual Schools». The article presents an overview of the main directions and development of the professional development system of pedagogical personnel. In the course of the study, the documents on evaluation and experience of independent evaluation of the branch «center for pedagogical measurements» of the Autonomous educational organization « Nazarbayev Intellectual schools» were studied. On the basis of the analysis, the features of the assessment system in the framework of
professional development are determined, the conclusions about how the evaluation process contributes to improving the quality of training are given.
