Methodological basics of organizing the educational process with the use of distance educational technologies at the university

Today it is well known that the organization of the educational process using distance learning technologies in higher educational institutions (HEIs) is developing rapidly. The article discusses the methodological foundations for the use of distance learning technologies in the educational process at universities. The factors influencing the use of distance learning technologies and the peculiarities of the organization of the educational process are also considered. It is important to simplify the learning process with the help of information technology tools (e-mail, video conference, chat, forum, webinar, online seminar). In recent years, the concept of organizing the educational process in universities with distance learning technologies has become very different from the previous one. If earlier distance learning consisted only of watching video lessons and completing assignments, now this process has become larger and simpler. The article presents a methodology for organizing the educational process in universities with distance learning technologies in accordance with modern requirements. In addition, it was determined which methods of organizing the educational process using distance learning technologies are rapidly developing in universities today and how effective they are.
The article studies the work of domestic and foreign authors on the use of distance learning technologies in the educational system of universities, and also considers the effectiveness and methodology of the entire system. At the same time, the currently used distance learning technologies are analyzed. The article predicts that online technologies will be widely used in the future and will be rapidly developed with the help of modern technologies.
The article can be useful for university teachers who implement the curricula of subjects using distance learning technologies, as well as for everyone who is interested in higher education issues.
