Abstract

The processes of differentiation and self-determination in modern society, against the background of the processes of globalization and integration, often lead to clashes and conflicts. The information world has given rise to tolerance, which has become a conscious model for interpersonal relationships between people, individuals and countries. Therefore, the concept of tolerance is often used in scientific literature and in education. Education as a social institution cannot fail to respond to the processes occurring in the modern world; they promote integration, assimilation of cultures, and solutions to critical problems in the context of globalization. Education is the basis on which the development of all modern world culture is based. Therefore, building education on traditional cognitive attitudes that do not allow compromises is the primary task of education.

The purpose of this work is to determine the level of knowledge of deans, heads of departments and directors of departments in Kyrgyzstan and Kazakhstan, what pedagogical tolerance is, what qualities the head of an educational organization needs to master in order to create a comfortable atmosphere for educational activities.
