Abstract

The article deals with one of the problems of education, such as modern acmeological approach in professional training of future educators and some views of practitioners in curriculum development. After analyzing the established research in the field of professional training and professional development of future specialists, purpose, content, and pedagogical conditions were determined for the implementation of acmeological approache in training educators. In addition, understanding of the goals and content of professional activity and professional self-development were discussed, which characterize acmeological skills of future educators, including how acmeological competence can be further developed. The definition of criteria of emotional intelligence and motivational behavior is described in detail in the article. According to the results of the research specific pedagogical conditions for the implementation of acmeological methods in professional and pedagogical education were determined and presented in the article in six different ways. The sequence of methods of implementation of acmeological methods were elaborated. In conclusion, the results of the pedagogical experiment are briefly presented in which outcomes between the regular and focus groups at all levels of development of the acmeological direction of the future students are clearly stated.
