The article is devoted to the study of the understanding and perceptions of university students about the skills necessary in human life and professional activity (using the example of entrepreneurial skills).
The relevance of this study is determined by the need to study the degree of understanding by university students of what skills, in the conditions of modern society and the labor market, which imposes new requirements, it is necessary to possess for successful life, as well as professional human activity.
The purpose of the study: to identify the real state of the university students' understanding of the skills necessary in human life and professional activity (using the example of entrepreneurial skills).
The method of student questionnaires was used in this article to obtain the results of the study.
The article presents the results of the ascertaining experiment to study the understanding and perceptions of university students about the skills necessary in human life and professional activity, conducted with students of the Academy of Physical Education and Mass Sports.
The procedure for conducting the study is described, as well as the analysis of the results of the student questionnaires.
The practical significance of this work lies in the fact that it can serve as a basis for the development of programs for the development of entrepreneurial skills of students at higher education institution, thereby increasing the competitiveness of future specialists in the labor market.
