Sociological analysis of an interdisciplinary approach in training medical personnel

This article reveals the relevance and development of the sociology of medicine, which is based on the interdisciplinary development of sociology. The study of medicine as a social institution and a subsystem of society is revealed, analyzing the system of training in this area, considering the social aspects of health and illness, studying interests, organizing and managing health. A definition is given to the term harmonization, since personnel training requires the formation of not only professional qualities, but also personal qualities in the formation of skills in various specialties and social sciences on the basis of a truly humane approach. In particular, the development of professional, psychological, and acmeograms of students, the integration of social, humanitarian and special disciplines, increasing professional potential based on creative content approaches, the importance of using innovative teaching methods, creating conditions for the creative development of students, educational and practical use promotes the need for the development of professional qualities students of medical universities based on taking into account the sociological aspects of personal orientation, identifying factors that negatively affect the professional adaptation of future doctors.
