The significance of teacher`s creative skills formation in the new paradigm of education

Abstract

The article deals with the problem of teachers’ professional creative skills in the new paradigm of
education. The author analyzes the definitions such as «paradigm», «educational paradigm», «competence», «teacher`s professional competencies», «creativity», and «creative skills» given by domestic and international scientists and emphasizes the relevance of developing a methodology for teacher`s creative skills formation in the conditions of education modernization.
Since the new paradigm of education is aimed at the development of students’ creative quests, the author believes that its implementation is entrusted to a highly experienced teacher who has comprehensive knowledge of modern pedagogical technologies and works creatively. Thus, in the conclusion, the author notes that there is every reason to believe that students` vital qualities formation as individuals directly depends on the teachers’ creative skills.
