Personal characteristics of adherents of destructive religious trends

Abstract

This article is a continuation of the article of Nuradinov A. S., candidate of psychological Sciences, docent of the L. N. Gumilyov Eurasian National University and Ganchevsky B. G., doctor of psychological Sciences, Professor of the Academy of the Ministry of the interior of Bulgaria on «Organizational and psychological factors of involvement of people in religious groups». In this article were analyzed the reasons of spreading of destructive religious organizations in the country, as well as the personal characteristics of the adherents of this religious movements. For psychological research were selected adherents of one of the most common destructive religious trends in the country – non-traditional Islamic movement (Salafism). The results ofempirical methods aimed at identifying personal characteristics of adherents are given.
