Abstract

Today, innovations are becoming more and more popular, which bring to the fore not only the generalized experience of mankind, but also the personal experience of the individual, his ability to navigate in difficult life situations, to find the optimal solutions to constantly emerging problems. Democratic civil society, needs a teacher, focused on the development of the individual pupil. Subject knowledge for such a teacher is important, not as a goal, but as a means of encouraging students’ self-development. Therefore, a personality-oriented educator, the teacher primarily seeks to encourage the child to search for truth, goodness, beauty. He refuses the content of education that is uniform for all, and together with his pupils and parents seeks the answer to the main question - what to learn.
And in this regard, another aspect of this problem: the spiritual state of the youth and the responsibility of the humanities “for the standard of civilization.” It would seem that today the system of humanitarian education is a field of spiritual education and it is significantly expanded, and the foundation of education and upbringing is crumbling before our eyes, there is a chaotic process of spiritual impoverishment and moral degradation. And the point, of course, is not that we have some other young people. The matter is different; the role of the family, school, and society in the spiritual education of young people is increasingly decreasing.
