Scientific and methodological support of training managers of the education system

Abstract

The article considers the relevance of training future managers for the education system in our country. The questions of scientific and methodological support of the process of training of future managers of education are revealed. The
description of the experimental educational program “Management in education”, within the specialty of magistracy 6M010300 - Pedagogy and psychology, which is being implemented at the Department of pedagogy and psychology at the Kazakh national pedagogical University named after Abai is presented. The content of the article describes the degree awarded upon completion of training, the scope of professional activity of the education Manager who has mastered this educational program, as well as the purpose, task of the educational program and the competence of the graduate formed as a result of the development of the educational program. The list of the disciplines recommended for entering into the educational program of training of managers
of education is presented.
