Abstract

The Kazakh people always appreciated the art of speech. Oratorical art requires a great knowledge, deep thinking, extensive practice, and long-term learning.
Nowadays, issues are often raised about how to increase students’ interest in oral folk art, teach schoolchildren to correctly and correctly express their thoughts, and raise the culture of their speech. It is very important to develop oral speech culture of today’s students. Therefore, it is necessary to plan and organize the learning process from the point of view of competence. Oratorical words are a treasure of Kazakh oral folklore.
Oratorical speech is a precious heritage passed on for centuries. They are based on deep thoughts, your decision, and logic. The article talks about the significance and importance of using oratory samples in improving the communicative competence of students in the lessons of the Kazakh language.
