The basis of ethnocultural education is the unique potential of future specialists
in the development of tolerance, culture of inter-ethnic communication, immeasurable pedagogical potential for the prevention of interethnic conflicts.
The ethnocultural direction of education is studied in many works of modern scholars, such as А.B. Afanasieva, T.I. Baklanova, E.V. Bondarevskaya, E.V. Nikolayeva, V.A. Nikolayev, A.B. Pankin, M.G. Tachinova, L.V. Shamina V.K. Shapovalova, M.A. Yakuncheva and others.
At the same time, the cultural approach allows L.N. Gumilyov takes into account ethno-cultural educational trends in the concept of ethnogenesis, allows to single out the ethnic culture of the individual, human communities and human civilization as a separate subject of study. This approach also considers a person and the human community, in particular, ethnic, that is, different national
and civilizational cultural systems, the history of the development of mankind and individual peoples at different stages.
Ethnocultural education is aimed at students mastering the experience of spiritual and moral education and its civil development, including the assimilation by them of national and cultural traditions, including the spiritual and moral education of modern man, the development of national societies, and the highest spiritual and moral values of all humanity, which are of particular importance for integration into the global community. Such education primarily develops a professional orientation towards the homeland, nature, family, home and parents, work, creativity, cultural heritage and traditions of their own and other nations.
