Features of formation of primary school teacher’s pedagogical skills

Abstract

The article describes features of the formation of pedagogical skills of primary school teachers. Pedagogical mastery is the perfect skill of pedagogical technologies by primary school teachers, the ability to use them effectively in practice. Pedagogical mastery contributes to success in pedagogical activity, gives new qualitative content, and forms the teacher’s professional position. The article also presents the professional characteristics of a master-teacher. The article widely reveals features of pedagogical mastery, such concepts as skills, ethics, innovation, pedagogical technique, pedagogical risk, and a pedagogical reputation. The forms of pedagogical activity such as efficiency, skills, creativity, and innovation also contributed to the formation of primary school teachers’ pedagogical skills. The article considers components of the professional growth of primary school teachers.
