The importance of organizing educational work with gifted students

Abstract
The article reflects the definitions given to the concept of the importance of organizing educational work with gifted students, and the process of identifying giftedness in the age group considered by scientists.
In accordance with a number of definitions, the issues of giftedness, a gifted student, the identification of giftedness and the definition of the basic concept of judgment, consideration and definition of giftedness in general, and argumentation are highlighted.
The article also emphasizes that early identification, education and upbringing of gifted and talented students is one of the main tasks of improving their education system, that the creative thinking of a gifted student is abnormally unusual, that it is necessary to have certain directions that teachers should follow in the formation of giftedness and talent of a gifted student, adapting them to the environment. The importance of organizing educational work with gifted students lies in the fact that education should be aimed at supporting and developing the giftedness of children who need special knowledge for education, the progress of the analysis of scientific literature by scientists in determining the inquisitive abilities of students is described.
At the same time, in the course of determining the importance of organizing educational work with gifted students, scientific research was carried out on the work of scientists, a theoretical concept was developed and a conclusion was presented.
