Abstract

The article considers the issue of using the possibilities of digital pedagogy in the training of future specialists in universities. The use of digital pedagogy in the professional training of students, through digital pedagogy, awakens interest in future professions and allows you to digitalize your professional activities during employment. The history of the development of digital pedagogy is also considered, starting with the fact that it originated on the basis of distance learning, and ending with the possibilities of obtaining knowledge using modern simple gadgets. According to researchers of the theory of generations, digitalization, the desire for innovation, and acting independently are features inherent in representatives of Generation Z. The development of digital abilities in them is the main task of universities today. The article carried out practical work for students studying in the specialty "Pedagogy and psychology". During the experiment, the students were divided into control and experimental groups, in the first group – in the traditional format, in the second group – based on the teaching elements of digital pedagogy. At the end of the experiment, the results were analyzed and the effectiveness of digital pedagogy in the professional training of students was analyzed.
