The issue of giftedness is very relevant in modern Kazakhstan, especially in the context of the last address of the President of Kazakhstan to the people of the state. Today most of the community understands that the time has come to invest in human capital, in talented youth. The development of personnel policy should include the meritocratic principle, when qualified specialists work in all spheres of society. Undoubtedly, it becomes important to identify, support and further educate gifted children already at school age, which is now clearly shown to us in the country by the state authorities and business community. When Kazakhstani
entrepreneurs build schools on the patterns of foreign experience and invite the best children from all over the country to study. This article analyzes the teaching and support of gifted children in Kazakhstani schools and describes the foreign experience of applying professional standards for gifted children using the example of Singapore, the USA, France, Germany, England and other countries.
The article analyzes the regulatory legal acts, the current archives of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan and foreign experience in working with gifted children.
