Factors affecting the development of IT specialists

Abstract

The article contains information about the methodology of teaching Computer Science. It considers ways of using ICT tools by students at secondary schools and their personal life as a factor in the future development of information technology professionals, their professional development, and the reasons that
and the reasons that led them to this sphere. The authors consider that school IT specialists use computers in their studies and everyday life more often. They search for information for lessons and reports on the Internet. Also, they use all kinds of programs and developed their competencies independently. The article contains a comparative analysis of the survey of specialists. The survey was conducted among 255 people from different areas related to IT and automation, who tended to automate and simplify life by using IT technologies, which led them to the IT profession.
