Development of students' creativity using coaching technologies

In the article, one of the pressing issues in modern creativity research is the formation of creativity in students with the help of coaching technologies, in connection with the question of whether creativity can be taught. In this regard, in the higher education system, research is being conducted on the formation of creativity in students through the use of coaching technologies, its analysis and presentation of the results. The study was conducted on the basis of the South Kazakhstan University named after M. Auezov. The results obtained prove that future teachers of higher educational institutions do not pay enough attention to the issues of developing creativity through the use of coaching technology, and that the use of this coaching technology gives positive results. Based on the conducted empirical research, the authors also identified contradictions in the assessment of creativity by modern scientists students. This opens up prospects for creating a multicomponent model of students creativity, which should be constantly updated. As a result of this study, a conclusion is made about the need for teachers to use coaching technology and that the study takes into account only individual factors influencing creativity, and special attention should be paid to the formation and development of creativity of future teachers. Coaching is a method of teaching and consulting in which the teacher helps the learner not only focus on a specific, clearly defined professional or life goal, but also achieve it. The proposed methodology has high research potential and can be used in vocational education programs.
