Professional collaboration has the same algorithm of interaction between the pedagogical community and the transition of one type of knowledge to another in the process of creative activity of each participant. The process of unified cooperation consists in the transition to the exchange of experience; the construction of similarities, hypotheses, models; assimilation. Thus, it can be concluded that the professional collaboration of the pedagogical community, represented by a specific algorithm of activity, is designed to motivate the achievements of participants, teach them the necessary competencies, and include them in the group process based on effective communication to achieve one goal.
