Abstract

The relevance and contradictory conditions of the study of professional and personal self-development of future teachers-psychologists in this article. Currently, the relevance, scientific and cognitive significance of normative substantiation, identification, analysis and study of the features of professional and personal self-development of future teachers-psychologists is being determined. Based on theoretical research methods, it was established that 1) the professional maturity of future teachers-psychologists in Higher education is determined by their personal development; 2) it is proved that the self-development of future teachers-psychologists as a subject is a necessary condition for professional and personal improvement; 3) in order for the professional and personal self-development of future teachers-psychologists to be intensive and effective, it is necessary to create special pedagogical, psychological conditions in Higher education.
