Research of the psychological and pedagogical basis for the development of narrative ability of future teachers and psychologists

Abstract

To improve professional education, it is necessary to introduce innovative technologies of training
and education in a timely manner to increase the level of formation of the narrative of the future teacher. And
to do this, it is important to develop and test in practice educational programs for improving the narrative, to modernize the entire system of professional training of modern teachers. It is undeniable that modernteachers tend to have  a high level of professional culture, one of the components of which is the culture of narration, presentation of events and their own thoughts, as a set of communicative competencies, deep linguistic knowledge about the system of communicative qualities of the individual. This allows the individual
to freely express their thoughts and make optimal decisions. Analyzing the state of pedagogical activity in higher educational institutions of the Republic of Kazakhstan, we summarize that the formation of the narrative
of the future teacher in professional training is not carried out at the proper level. As a result, the process of communication in various spheres of human activity proceeds with significant drawbacks. The problem of forming the narrative of the future teacher in the process of professional training at the university is significant, since it is the teacher who is the standard and carrier of high culture.
