Abstract

The article reveals the main factors that determine the renewal and improvement of the state social policy, the resolution of existing social problems in society, as well as the dynamics of changes in social policy. Thearticle summarizes the  features of the crisis of social policy in the transition, in addition, objective and subjective factors of social development models. The role of a social educator is considered in the social sphere of the state.
