Factors leading to professional burnout syndrome in nurses

Abstract

The article deals with the burnout syndrome. In the main part, a general theoretical review of the burnout syndrome is carried out. It is said about the history of the origin of the term burnout syndrome. Attention is paid to the theories of different scientists, their features are shown. In addition,
theories about the factors and causes that can lead to burnout syndrome are presented. Each negative factor is given a detailed description, highlighted features. The research part gives the full results of a small study conducted among nurses. The results of the study are given in digital and graphical form. The main focus of the article is on the factors and phenomena that are the causes of burnout syndrome nurses at work. The features of the negative influence of each of the factors are described. At the end of the article the General conclusion of the considered problem is given.
