Labor values as motivating factors of labor activity of the employees of the pharmaceutical enterprise

Abstract

In the content of professional work of pharmaceutical enterprise’ women-employees laid a global contradiction. The financial well-being of women employed in the health care system depends directly on the problems of patients with their money spent on medicines.
Taking into account the risk of professional deformations, using the method of expert evaluation, the study of value-motivational factors of labor was fulfilled. Materials of expert sheets 451 employees of Volgograd pharmaceutical enterprise “Volgopharm” aged 20 to 63 years, managers and performers, were subjected to factor and comparative analysis. The diagnostic issue showed a monitoring
picture of the stuff, differentiated by age and status position. The possible strategies of management actions and professional development for various categories of workers were defined.
Based on the comparison results of two groups of people, aged before and after 35 years, the arguments in favor of the preferred selection of stuff from the older age group are presented. They demonstrate loyalty and optimism to a greater extent, are less focused on power and high material status, and act as
a guarantor of technological and psychological security in the conditions of pharmaceutical enterprise.
Upgrading the skills of women over 35 should be enriched with computer technology, linking their past experiences with new ones. In the program of postgraduate training of women under the age of 35 years should include psychological methods of self-knowledge, self-regulation, cooperative interaction. They will respond to economic incentives and career prospects.
