Manifestation of professional integration in double female employment

Abstract

Traditional role of women is the image in the family, gender work and tripartite load. The woman has always combined in her life the education of children, reproductive performance and work in the home and outside the home. Gender discrimination, low wages and other difficulties make up the lack of a career ladder. To date, a number of favorable conditions have been formed for the expansion of the role repertoire, business development and management. The management model of women leads to qualitative changes in management. Gender education, as well as promotion, skills are necessary for society, it should be taught from school years. The image of a woman in modern Kazakhstan remains in the image of a historical person, a literary image, a woman-Batyr of the mother-heroine. In modern society, there is no social portrait of a woman, there is only the right political image and what spreads the media.
